Balance lifecycle
Every movement creates a balanced double-entry ledger journal. The withdrawal also appears in the business transaction history and uses the standard transaction webhook events.
Sandbox completion
After confirming a sandbox withdrawal, select Simulate completion in the withdrawal history. NorthFond progresses it through funded, processing, and completed states and updates the ledger without moving real funds.Reviews and limits
A withdrawal can enteraction_required when it crosses a manual-review threshold or another business policy requires approval. The reserved balance remains protected while the review is open. Review decisions are handled by NorthFond operations, and status changes remain visible in transaction history.
Production readiness
Before enabling live confirmation, NorthFond will verify:- treasury-wallet signing and key custody;
- provider route eligibility and payout limits;
- transaction idempotency and concurrent balance protection;
- failure classification and safe reservation release;
- webhook delivery and reconciliation; and
- operational review and incident procedures.
